Your patients' electronic health information is only accessible to You and to the monitoring center staff when needed. Authorized users use it to identify health problems and create the final report for the physician's revision.

Patient confidentiality is Our utmost priority. We never share, under any circumstance, information that could jeopardize the patient's identity and information. In most cases, the data is anonymized, to protect the patients' privacy.

We may share your information in the following situations:

1. With Service Providers: We may share your information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of Our Service and to contact You.
2. With Affiliates: We may share your anonymize information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
